Empanelment of Architect/ Consultant - Nagpur

UCO Bank, Regional Office, 101-A, Bhagwaghar Layout, Dharampeth, Nagpur - 440 010 is in the process of empanelling Architect / Consultant in the field of Civil, Interior, Repair / Rehabilitation of existing building / face lifting of branches , Electrical Air Conditioning project in and around Nagpur and in Vidharbha & Khandesh .

Interested Architect / Consultant should apply in prescribed forms. The prescribed form will be available at the Department and will have to be obtained by paying a sum of Rs.200/- in Demand Draft drawn in favour of UCO Bank, R.O. Nagpur and payable at Nagpur.

Further, Pre-qualification Notice will not be published in the press in respect of various works at a later date, as the issuance of the tender / awarding work will be from the Architect / Consultant to be empanelled in response to this advertisement. The bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason therefor. Any communication in this regard from the applicants will not be entertained.

Contractors doing composite work of A, B & C Trade mentioned above, will be given preference and should submit their applications requesting to Empanel them for Composite Work in A,B & C Trade in Single Envelope. UCO Bank invites quotation for supply of the off the shelf accounting software for derivatives

UCO Bank invites quotation for supply of the off the shelf accounting software for derivatives which should be capable of handling the following:
1 The software shall be capable of accounting (as per RBI and ICAI guidelines) for Interest Rate Swaps and its variants like Overnight Index Swaps (OIS), Forex Interest Rate Swap, Forward Rate Agreements (FRAs), Exotic Interest Rate Swaps (Quantos), floating to Floating Swaps, Stubs – first and last, Resets – in advance and in arrears.
2 Currency Swaps:
The software shall be capable of accounting for swaps and its variants like Principal Only Swaps, Coupon Only, Principal and Coupon, Amortising Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Range Accruals, Resets – in advance and in arrears.
3 Foreign exchange Options:
In forex options the software should be capable of
  • Call / put booking,
  • Position maintenance,
  • Valuation.
4 Limits Management
5 Generation of different MIS reports including daily inflows and outflows of fixed, floating and net interest flow.
6 PVBP Analysis
7 Regulatory Reporting etc
8 Compatibility with existing back end general accounting software (Kastle) and front-end market information system like Reuters / Telerate / Bloomberg.
9 Interest calculation under different methods and calculation of interest on ‘net’ and ‘gross’ basis.
10 Allow creation, maintenance and updating of benchmark master and rates
11 Help in maintaining hedging and market making portfolios
12 Analytics at security and portfolio level.
Companies / Firms which are eligible as per the criteria laid down below should submit their Technical Specification as well as Financial bid in separate sealed envelops within 3 weeks from the date of advertisement. Technical Specification should not contain any reference of the price to be charged by the vendors for supplying the accounting software.
Eligibility Criteria
The software should be in use for accounting derivatives in different Banks and Corporates (at least 10 Banks & Financial Institutions).
The firm should have at least 5 years experience in the field of derivatives.
The firm should have made profits in last three consecutive years.
The fee-based turnover should be at least Rs.1 crore per annum.
The software should be capable of accounting for all types of Interest Rate Swap (IRS) like OIS, FX IRS, Forward Rate Agreements (FRAs), Quanto Swaps, Floating to Floating and Resets in advance and in arrears, Principal only swaps, coupon only swaps, Amortising swaps, Cross Currency swaps, Range Accruals, Participating Forwards etc., options, call/put booking, options valuations etc.
The software should help in maintaining hedging and trading portfolios and capable of calculation and settlement of interest payments/receipts on gross and net basis.
The software should be capable of generating reports that are required for MIS and regulatory reporting.
