Empanelment of Architects/Consultants/Contractor for New Delhi Zone Application are invited from experienced Contractors for undertaking composite jobs as follows: a) Civil and Structural work b) Sanitary and Plumbing works c) Interior Decoration and furnishing works d) Electrical works including operation of generating set e) Data Cabling works f) Installation of Air-conditioning plants/works g) Fire prevention works h) Installation of electronic Sensor systems and other similar works i) Repair and maintenance of telephone system j) General Maintenance works Experienced Contractors in the respective field from the following areas in Delhi/New Delhi/NCR/State of Jammu & Kashmir are required to submit their credentials/organizational profile in the prescribed format in the tenders section. The envelope should be superscribed “Empanelment of Contractors”. The Contractors should have registered with their local authority/chapter. DELHI/NEW DELHI/NCR/STATE OF JAMMU & KASHMIR Applicants have to enclose photocopies of Income Tax/Sales Tax/Clearance certificate. The Corporate/partnership firms are required to submit audited balance sheet for the last 3 years. Applications incomplete or received after due date are liable to be rejected. UCO Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the prequalification application of the Contractors without assigning any reasons thereof.
