PACKAGED TOUR TO SINGAPORE FOR 20 PERSONS

Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed Tour Operators for a proposed Packaged tour for 20 adult persons for 4 days and 3 nights to Singapore.

NAME AND DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB

1. Packaged tour for minimum 15 and maximum 20 adult persons for 4 days and 3 nights to Singapore.
2. Cost to include all meals, accommodation, travel, transfers and sight-seeing, entry fee.
3. Accommodation on twin-sharing basis.
4. All confirmed bookings to be made.
5. Local tour guide at Singapore and tour manager to escort the group.
6. Ex-Kolkata trip.
7. All Airport taxes, visa fee and other charges to be included in the cost.
8. Cost to include all expenses incurred for sight seeing tour in Singapore.
9. Cost to include all entrance fee, wherever applicable.
10. The Exchange conversion rate to be specified.

Conditions

1. The Tender in a sealed cover should reach the office of the Deputy General Manager (Strategic Planning), UCO Bank, Head Office, 2nd Floor, 10, BTM Sarani, Kolkata - 700 001 by 16th July, 2007.
2. Quotation must be in a Company's letter-head.
3. The rate quoted should be valid upto 31st October, 2007.
4. Brief resume of similar past experience may be quoted.
5. Cancellation charges, if any, to be specified.
6. Tour Operators should be accredited to IATA
7. Tour Operators with a minimum turnover of Rs. 10 crore during 2006-07 and established in the business of handling overseas group (50 or more persons) tour operations for at least 10 years need apply.
8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or to reject any quotation, or all the quotations at its sole discretion without giving any reasons. The decision of the Bank will be final and binding on all.
