Notice for Inviting Tender Sealed quotations are invited from prospective buyers for purchase of Bank’s self owned two residential plots bearing holding No. 573 & 574, Sector-14, Faridabad (Haryana), on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”. Bank has already cleared the dues of HUDA and Municipal Corporation of Faridabad. The minimum construction map has also been got approved by the bank for construction up to 31.12.2007 as per HUDA Notification. The plots measuring five hundred square yards each. Intending buyers will have to deposit a sum of Rs.1,98,000/- (Rupees One lac ninety eight thousand only) by way of Pay Order/Demand Draft drawn in favour of UCO Bank payable at New Delhi, along with offer by 02.00 P.M on 20.08.2007 at UCO Bank, Regional Office, 5-Parliament Street, New Delhi, and the sealed envelope be super scribed as “TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF PLOTS AT FARIDABAD”. For any further detail, the intending buyer may contact UCO Bank’s Regional Office at New Delhi. The earnest money will not carry any interest. The offer of the intending buyers will be kept open for a period of three months and opened before the intending buyers on 20.08.2007 at 03.00 P.M. The successful bidder will have to deposit the balance amount within a period of one month from the date of acceptance of the offer. The earnest money will be forfeited in case the successful bidder fails to deposit the balance amount within the scheduled time. Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason. |
