Tender Notice for providing Catering Facility at Ahmedabad Regional Training Centre :4th Floor, UCO Bhavan,
Ashram Road, Ahmedabad- 9 Sealed Tenders are invited from interested bidders of good repute having minimum three years of experience in catering and house- keeping with any National, Multi National company, Banks or Good Corporates and have authorized catering license, for providing CATERING FACILITY to at least 50 officers/employees of the bank and house keeping services for 14 rooms at the above training centre. They have to pay earnest money deposit of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft/Pay order drawn in favour of "UCO Bank, Regional Training Centre", payable at Ahmedabad which is refundable if contract is not awarded to the bidder. The details of menu for the catering, sanitary and other house keeping requirements can be obtained by the interested bidders from the undersigned at the above address on any working day of the bank. Sealed Tenders will be accepted at the above Training Centre latest up to 15.00 hours on or before 07.08.2007 The bank reserves the right not to accept any or all applications/tenders without assigning any reasons there of.
