Printing of Bank's Annual Report for the FY 2006-07

Quotations are being invited for printing of Bank’s DELUXE ANNUAL REPORT for the year 2006-07 from the printers of repute (Firms who have earlier printed our Bank’s Annual Report) and printers who have four colour printing facilities of their own can quote rates on the basis of mechanical data provided herein below :-

Quantity	2000/ 2500 Copies Separate Rate to be quoted for both the quantities

SIZE	8.25 " x 11" (Finished); 16.50" x 11" (Open)

NO. OF PAGES	COVER : 04 Pages TEXT : 104 Pages plus Envelopes

COLOUR	COVER : a) 4 Colour Offset printing on both sides TEXT : b) 48 Pages in 4 Colour all through c) 56 Pages in 2 Colour all through d) Envelope - 2 Colour on one side

PAPER/BOARD	COVER : a) 300 GSM Imported Gloss Art Card TEXT : b) 135 GSM Imported Gloss Art Paper for 104 Pages of Text c) Envelope - 120 GSM Sunshine Super Printing Paper for Matching Envelope

BINDING	Section Sewn & Cover Pasting

FABRICATION	Matt Lamination. on outer Cover only & Spot U. V for twelve nos. pix. of size 1"x1.75" (approx.)

There will be one Complimentary Card which will be pinned up with the Front Cover of each Annual Report. Card will be printed in 4 colour on one side on 300 GSM Imported Gloss Art Card (size - 3"x 5.25").

Another sheet of 90 GSM Gateway Tracing Paper without any printing will come before Page-1 on each Annual Report.

Inputs : Complete Manuscripts and Photographs will be supplied by Bank in CD & physical form respectively.

Please note that the last date for submitting rates is 07-07-2007 and no quotations would be accepted by the Bank after 5.00 PM on 07-07-2007. Bank's decision in respect of the choice of Printers would be final and binding on all parties.
