Revised Tender Notice for Printing of Bank's Annual Reports

(This is a Complete Tender Notice in Replacement of that Dated 26th April 2004 and
Incorporating The Corrigengum Inserted Thereto Dated 28th April 2005)

Sealed Quotations are invited for printing of ordinary version of Bank's
Annual Report 2004-05 from reputed printers having previous experiences of printing of
Annual Reports, preferably those of banks' involving the following job and other
particulars:
Name and description of the job
Printing of Annual Report consisting of more or less 92 pages (including
bi-color cover) using 48 GSM MAPLITHO/54 GSM MAPLITHO/41 GSM, ITC TRIVENI SPTG paper with
binding - saddles stitch.
Please quote separately for book size 8 inch x 10.75 inch and also for
book size 7.75 inch x 10.75 inch for each of the description of paperS above.
Printing to be done as per manuscript to be provided in bilingual form
(English and Hindi)
No. of copies required 370,000 + 2%
Delivery period within 6 days from the date of placement of the order
Delivery at Kolkata.
Conditions :
Please quote our No. AGM(T&IM)/AGM/2004-05, in response, with a
brief resume of past experiences/credentials of the printing company.
Submit your tender in the following format :
a) Serial No. b) Description of the job c) Rate
d) Quantity e) Total value (showing break-up of paper
of each type and printing).
Refundable security deposit of Rs. 15000/- by way of Pay Order/Draft on
Kolkata of any Bank and Drawn in favour of "UCO Bank A/C-Tender Money for Annual
Report 2004-05" to accompany the tender.
The tender in a sealed cover should reach the office of Asstt. General
Manager (T&IM), UCO Bank, 2nd floor, 16A, BTM Sarani, Kolkata - 700 001 latest by the
close of business on 3nd May 2005.
Quotation must be in the Company's letterhead. The Bank reserves the right
to accept or to reject any Quotation or all the Quotations as well as to split the order
amongst the tenderers, at its sole discretion and the Bank's decision would be final and
binding.
