Notice Inviting Applications for Empanelment of Interior Contractors for UCO BANK –
Matunga and Wadala Branches, Mumbai
Application for empanelment are invited, in duplicate, by UCO Bank
from bonafide and reputed Interior Contractors for their proposed Furniture/Civil
works of Matunga Branch, 1, Laxmi House, 84, T.H. Kataria Marg, Matunga (West), Mumbai
– 400 016 and Wadala Branch at Bharatiya Krida Mandir, Naigaon Cross Road, Wadala (
West ), Mumbai
The intending Furniture/Civil contractors, should submit their
applications in the prescribed format in the technical bid. The eligibility criteria for
pre-qualification are as under :

The contractors should have executed at least
two works each worth minimum Rs.10 Lacs during the last three financial
years for Government departments / Banks / PSUs / Large Corporate Houses, Copies of
supporting documents to be incorporated. |

The contractors should have annual turn over of
at least Rs.30 lacs during each of last three years. |

Preference will be given to those who have due
registration with the Sales Tax, Work Contract Tax, income Tax. |

Application addressed to the General Manager,
Regional Office, 2nd Floor, Mafatlal Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400 021 shall be
submitted on or before 15th June 2004 in the prescribed format. Empanelment
under each category shall be done strictly on the basis of the furnished details and if
necessary, inspection of works executed by them may also be done.
The sealed tenders shall be available from M/s. Dilip Kulkarni & Associates
– 14, Abubakar Mansion, “C” Wing, 2nd Floor, Opp. Hotel Delhi Darbar,
Colaba, Mumbai – 39 for the amount of Rs.1,000/- in cash only.
UCO Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
applications without assigning any reason therefore. No interim enquiries in this regard
shall be entertained and decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
TENDER FOR EMPANELMENT OF CONTRACTORS
Applications are invited from bonafide, resourceful and reputed contractors to
undertake Bank's following works in the region .
- Civil & structural work
- Sanitary and Plumbing work
- Interior decoration and furnishing work
- Electrical works including operation of generating set
- Repairs and maintenance of room air-conditioners
- Repairs and maintenance of telephone system
- General order suppliers
- General maintenance work
Application forms can be obtained from UCO BANK, Regional Office, GAD Deptt., Kanika
Chhak,Tulsipur,Cuttack-753008 on payment of Rs.200.00 in the form of demand draft/pay
order drawn at Cuttack from 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on all working days and shall be
submitted within 03.01.2005 by 5.00 P.M. at the above address superscribing on the envelop
"Empanelment of Contractor".
Applicants have to enclose photocopies of latest Income Tax/ Sales Tax Clearance
certificate.
The corporate /partnership firms are required to submit audited balance sheet for the
last 3 years.

application should be sent along with application fee of Rs.200.00 only.
Application incomplete or received after due date are liable to be rejected. Bank
reserves the right to reject or accept any or all applications without assigning any
reason whatsoever.
