Quotations are being invited for preparation of Bank’s Big & Small Diaries for the year 2006

Quotations are being invited for preparation of Bank’s Big & Small Diaries for the year 2006 from Printers of repute(viz.Firms who have earlier printed our Bank’s Diaries,Greetings Card alongwith matching envelope & Table Calendar.Printers who have four colour printing facilities of their own) can quote rates on the basis of mechanical data provided hereinbelow :-

Big Diaries

Executive One Day in a page Diary with Saturday and Sunday combined with month cutting on 70 GSM J.K. white maplitho paper throughout in Bi-colour printing. Total 400 pages (approx) including Bank and other general information 3 side super quality gilt in golden colour.

Size 25 x 18.5 cms (approx)
Cover With top sponge imported rexine and 4 imported brass corner. Front in heat
Embossing in gold of Bank Logo, Name and Year.
Binding Good quality Binding strictly as per Bank's specimen.
Printing Bi-colour
Individual Packing The Diaries have to be packed in suitable thick white Cartoons with Bank Logo.Name and Year - printing in single colour.
Delivery Free delivery at H.O. by 30-11-2005 and other local offices in and around Kolkata.

For the outstation deliveries, Bank's approved courier will collect from printers godown as per despatch list.

Small Diaries

Size 21 x 14 cms (approx)
Cover Good quality thick imported foam cover with front side screen with front side screen printing of Bank' Logo, Name and Year.
Binding Good quality Binding strictly as per Bank's specimen.
Printing Bi-colour
Individual Packing The Diaries have to be packed in suitable thick quality polythene
Delivery Free delivery at H.O. and other local offices in and around Kolkata.. For the outstation deliveries - Bank's approved courier will collect from printers godown as per despatch list.

Delivery Within 30-11-2005

Sealed tender has to be submitted at the Office of General Manager(P&D, IT & RM) at 10, B.T.M. Sarani, 2nd Floor, Kolkata-700 001.

Please note that the last date for submitting rates is 14th October,2005 and no rates would be accepted by the Bank after 5-00 p.m. on 14th October,2005. : Payment will be made after complete satisfactory delivery.Penalty at the rate of 5% per day of the total cost of printing of the diaries would be applied for delay in delivery beyond contractual date of delivery.

Bank's decision in respect of the choice of Printers would be final and no further representation would be entertained in this regard.
