Sealed tenders are invited in the following format from established transport operators having fleet of cars at their disposal for renting out for use by Bank's Executives/ Offices/Branches.

Detailed terms and conditions on the basis of which the vehicles are to be taken on hire are as under. Tenders are to be submitted by 6.6.2005 at H.O., Premises Department up to 3 P.M. This NIT will also be available at H.O. Premises Department and the prospective tenderers may also collect the same from the department.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rates to be quoted for run on monthly basis.

    1. Type of Vehicles :Ambassador Avigo A C / Tata Indigo AC/ Non AC Ambassador Euro II/ Maruti 800 / Alto.
    2. Age of the hired car : Below 5 years.
    3. Duty hours : 12 hours (Normally from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M.)
    4. O.T. to be paid to driver after 12 hours in normal working days : Rate to be quoted
    5. Rent of the car per month up to 1500 Kms inclusive of Driver's salary, fuel, etc.
    Beyond 1500 Kms run cost of 1 litre of fuel will be added after 10 km & 1 litre of engine oil for every 300 Kms.    		 : Rate to be quoted
    6. Extra rate to be paid on Holiday/Sunday : Rate to be quoted

     

  2. Rates to be quoted for run on casual basis

    1. Ambassador Avigo AC/, Tata Indigo AC : Rate to be quoted per day.

    2. Non AC Ambassador Euro II/ Maruti 800/ Alto : Rate to be quoted per day.

General Terms & Conditions

The transport operator will be responsible for servicing/repairing, cleaning & polishing the vehicle to keep it in tip top condition. The cost of fuel (up to 1500 Kms), lubes, repairs/servicing etc. will not be borne by the Bank & no claim whatsoever on this score will be entertained by the Bank. Beyond 1500 Kms of run the Bank will pay cost of fuel etc. as indicated hereinabove. The agency has to ensure that the car provided to the bank is properly insured comprehensively & the registration of the vehicle is kept up to date with the M.V. authorities in addition to checking & obtaining pollution certificate from proper authority & kept in the vehicle. The Road Tax is to be paid as per schedule & the token is to be renewed every year.
