  3. Time of completion: 65 days (Sixty five days)
      
  4. Earnest Money: Rs. 65,000/- (Rs. Sixty Five Thousand only) to be deposited in the form of Crossed Demand Bank Draft / Pay Order / Bankers cheque drawn in favour of UCO Bank, Regional Office.
    No interest will be paid on Earnest Money Deposit.
       
  5. Cost of Tender Document: Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand only) per set of Tender Document, which is refundable.
