Notice inviting tender from prospective buyers
for purchase of Bank owned residential plots at Faridabad
Sealed
quotations are invited from prospective buyers for purchase of Bank
owned two residential plots bearing holding no. 573 & 574 at Sector- 14,
Faridabad on " as is where is basis". The plots measure five hundred
square yards each. Intending buyers will have to deposit a sum of Rs.
198,000.00 (Rupees One Lac Ninety Eight Thousand only) by way of Pay
Order/Demand Draft drawn in favour of UCO Bank payable at New Delhi
along with the offer by 24.03.2007at the Regional Office of UCO Bank at
New Delhi at 5, Parliament Street, New Delhi. For any further detail,
the intending buyer may contact UCO Bank's Regional Office at New Delhi.
The earnest money will not carry any interest. The offer of the
intending buyers will be kept open for a period of three months and
opened before the intending buyers on 26.03.2007 at 4.30 P.M. The
successful bidder will have to deposit the balance amount within a
period of one month from the date of acceptance of the offer. The
earnest money will be forfeited in case the successful bidder fails to
deposit the balance amount within the scheduled time. Bank reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any
