Sale of Rights of Property
Sealed quotations are invited from prospective buyers for purchase of Bank’s right
on residential flats having a total built up area of 47034 sq. ft. approximately at the
proposed building at Mahalaxmi Unit of M/s. Hindustan Spinning Mills Ltd., at Dr. Anant
Rao Nair Marg, Near Jacob Circle, Mumbai 400 011 on the following conditions.
- The entire built up area of 47034 sq. ft. will be sold to a single offerer.
- Prospective buyers will have to deposit an Earnest Money of Rs.40.00 lacs (Rupees forty
lacs only) by way of Pay Order/Demand Draft drawn in favour of UCO Bank, payable at Mumbai
along with the offer at the Regional Office of UCO Bank at Mafatlal Centre, 2nd floor,
Nariman Point, Mumbai on or before 26.10.2006 by 4.00 pm.
- The earnest money will not carry any interest.
- The offers will be opened in the presence of the prospective buyers on 28.10.2006 at
1.00 pm at UCO Bank, Regional Office, Mafatlal Centre, 2nd floor, Nariman Point,
Mumbai-400 021.
- The successful bidder will have to deposit the remaining amount of the bid by way of Pay
Order/ Demand Draft in favour of UCO Bank, payable at Mumbai, at the above address, to the
under mentioned official and to execute the agreement with the bank on or before
04.11.2006 by 1.00 pm.
- The earnest money will be forfeited in case the successful bidder fails to deposit the
entire bid amount before execution of the agreement and the bid will be treated null and
void.
- Bank reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all the offers without assigning any
reason.
