Notice inviting Tender UCO Bank invites offers for accommodation from prospective landlords for setting up a Staff Training Center at Bhopal. The following accommodation is required by the Bank: i) taking on rent hostel accommodation with rooms on twin sharing basis having capacity to accommodate 30 trainees along with attached bathroom cum toilet facilities, recreation area, kitchen, dining hall and guard room and an additional room for Caretaker in and around Idgah Hills, Shyamla Hills and Arera Hills Bhopal. ii) taking on rent premises with one classroom for accommodating 30 trainees with separate bathroom cum toilets for ladies and gents and provision for reception room, faculty room, store, pantry, library and guard room with a small garden/lawn in and around Idgah Hills, Shyamla Hills and Arera Hills Bhopal. Bank may consider offers from landlords either for a single premises meeting both the above requirements or maximum two premises which is a combination with the above requirements. All the rooms should have other amenities like round the clock supply of water & electricity. Interested owners should send their offers clearly stating location, expected rent, tenure of offer, other terms & conditions, latest by 1500 hrs on 25th January 2007 at the Office of the Assistant General Manager, Regional Office, Bhopal, E-5 Arera Colony-Bhopal. Offers will be opened on 25th January 2007 at 1530 hrs in the presence of the intending offerers who want to be present on the occasion. Bank will not entertain any payment by way of brokerage.
