Notice Inviting Tender
Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the approved contactors on behalf
of The UCO Bank, for Interior works in the premises of Flagship Corporate Branch
New Delhi.
The work is to be completed within 60days from the third day from the
date of issue of the work order/ possession of site.
Tender documents consisting of tender notice, general instructions,
special terms and conditions, schedule of quantities and specifications shall be obtained
from the office of M/S. S.Kumar & Associates, 903, Vishwadeep Tower, 4, District
Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 58.
Tender should be placed in a sealed envelope superscribed and addressed
to The UCO Bank, to be delivered by 15:00hrs. on date 13/10/2006 at UCO Bank Regional
office, 5 Sansad Marg, New Delhi – 110001.
Tender documents shall be returned to at UCO Bank, Regional Office, 5,
Sansad Marg, New Delhi- 110001 on or before the last date of submission, if the Contractor
does not wish to quote for the project.
Any tender which does not fulfill any of the prescribed conditions will
be rejected.
This notice shall form part of the Tender.
The tenderer, at the time of handing over his tender documents shall
deposit a sum of Rs 80,000/- in favour of The UCO Bank as Earnest Money Deposit by way of
Payorder/ Draft. This amount is against a guarantee of good faith for the proper execution
of the work and which shall not bear any interest. The amount shall be forfeited in the
event of any evasions, refusal or delay on the part of the tenderer to sign and execute
the contract, in case his tender is accepted. The Earnest Money Deposit will be returned
on the non-acceptance of the tender.
