Enlistment for Architects/consultants for Undertaking Interior Furnishing, Electrical Work and Data Cabling Work etc. For UCO Bank Branches in the State of Tamil Nadu / Ut Of Pondicherry.

We are required to enlist Architects/consultants from Technically qualified persons or reputed companies for undertaking & supervising Composite jobs like civil, Interior furnishing, electrical, Data cabling, Fire fighting, Air conditioning work of our branch premises, in various parts of Tamilnadu & UT of Pondicherry. The Architects, consultants must have the necessary experience and infrastructure for doing the work. The Architects/Consultants must have Head Office/Branch Offices in the Tamilnadu /UT of Pondicherry.

The Architects/consultants must be the member of the recognized professional bodies or Indian Institute of Architects/engineers and must have sufficient experience in the line of work. They must apply in the attached format meant for the Architects/consultants, showing all details.

The Architects/Consultants may down load the application forms attached herewith, and submit their applications, so that the applications reach the Regional Office, UCO Bank, 328, Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai- 600 001. On or before 30.11.2006.

The last date for submission of applications is fixed as 30.11.2006

Applicants have to enclose photocopies of Income Tax/Sales Tax/Clearance certificate. The Corporate/partnership firms are required to submit audited balance sheet for the last 3 years.

Applications incomplete or received after due date are liable to be rejected.

UCO Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the prequalification application of the Architects without assigning any reasons thereof. The last date of submitting the completed application form is 30.11.2006 evening by 5 p.m.

PRE QUALIFICATION

The eligibility criteria for pre-qualification are as under:

  • The contractors should have execute at lea4two works each worth minimum Rs.50/- lac/Rs.20/-lac (for Civil/Interior/Electrical works) and Rs. 10/- lac(for other categories) during the last three financial years for government departments/Banks/PSUs/Large Corporate Houses (MNC's) - Copies of supporting documents to be incorporated.

  • The contractors should have annual turn over of at least Rs. 150 lacs/100 lac (for Civil/Interior/Electrical) and 50 lac (for other categories) during each of last three years.

  • The contractor's should have due registration for Sales Tax, work contract Tax, Income Tax, Labour Welfare Department and should have obtained licence from relevant Government departments for executing the work.

  • A minimum of 5 years Experience in respective fields.

COST OF TENDER DOCUMENT Rs. 1000/-(NON-REFUNDABLE)

The intending contractors of the respective field, who qualify the above criteria, should submit their applications in the prescribed format which will be available by clicking the application form given below. The application forms will not be sold at the Regional Office and the contractors are requested to download it from Bank's Website only. The empanelled contractors of UCO Bank are also requested to apply a fresh against this Advertisement.

The completed application form along with the cost of tender document mentioned above which is drawn in favour of UCO BANK, CHENNAI, by Demand Draft shall be submitted to THE DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, UCO BANK, REGIONAL OFFICE. 328, THAMBU CHETTY STREET. CHENNAI-600 001 on or before 3.00 p.m. on 30.11.2006.

Superscribing on the cover, the category for which they apply for empanelment with the Bank. Only to the empanelled contractors the tender documents will be issued which will be published in the Bank's Website in due coarse.

Empanelment under each category shall be done strictly on the basis of the furnished details and if necessary, inspection of works executed by them may also be done. UCO Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason therefore. No interim enquiries in this regard shall be entertained and decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
