Printing of Bank's Annual Report for the financial year 2005-06

Quotations are being invited for printing of Bank's DELUXE ANNUAL REPORT for the year 2005-06 from the printers of repute (Firms who have earlier printed our Bank's Annual Report) and printers who have four colour printing facilities of their own can quote rates on the basis of mechanical data provided herein below:-

1) Quantity 2000/2500 Copies
Separate Rate to be quoted for both the quantities
2) Size 8.25 " x 11" (Finished) ; 16.50" x 11" (Open)

  c) Envelope - 120 GSM Sunshine Super Printing Paper for Matching Envelope
  d) Envelope - 2 Colour on one side
  
6) Binding Section Sewn & Cover Pasting
7) Fabrication Matt Lamination. on outer Cover only & Spot U.V for seven nos. pix.
of size 1"x1.75" (approx.)

There will be one Complimentary Card which will be pinned up with the Front Cover of each Annual Report. Card will be printed in 4 colour on one side on 300 GSM Imported Gloss Art Card (size - 3"x 5.25").

Another sheet of 90 GSM Gateway Tracing Paper without any printing will come before Page-1 on each Annual Report.

Inputs : Complete Manuscripts and Photographs will be supplied by Bank in CD & physical form .
respectively.

Please note that the last date for submitting rates is 24-06-2006 and no quotations would be accepted by the Bank after 5.00 PM on 24-06-2006. Bank's decision in respect of the choice of Printers would be final and binding on all parties.
