Advertisement for inviting bids for sale of our stake in HDFC Real Estate Fund and Securities Trading Corporation of India

This has reference to our advertisement inviting bids for sale of our stake in HDFC Real Estate Fund and Securities Trading Corporation of India. The Bank has decided to cancel the process and invite fresh bids for the sale of our stake in the HDFC Real Estate Fund and the entire share holding in the Securities Trading Corporation of India. The details of both the investments are as under:

	8.	Shares available for sale	:	611700

Only those bids which are for our entire shareholding shall be entertained. The sealed covers superscribed as ‘Bids for STCI Shares’ in bold letters be sent on the following address latest by 05-03-07. Mere submission of the bids shall not confer any right on the bidder and Bank reserves the right to accept/ reject any bid without assigning any reason whatsoever. Only those bids which are for our entire commitment (contributed/ likely to be contributed + uncalled) shall be entertained. The sealed covers superscribed as ‘Bids for HDFC VCF’ in bold letters, be sent on the following address latest by 05-03-07. Mere submission of the bids shall not confer any right on the bidder and Bank reserves the right to accept/ reject any bid without assigning any reason whatsoever. As per the contribution agreement, transfer of entire commitment shall be subject to approval of the contributor by the trustees to the Fund.
