from prospective buyeers for purchase of bank's one-third share of
UCO Bank invites sealed offers from prospective buyers for purchase of
bank’s one third share of ownership of the building situated on MG Road, Baroda
having total plot area of 1719(appox) and total build up area of 5000 sq.ft. (appox) on as
is where is basis. Intending buyers are required to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/-(Rupees
sixty thousand only) as earnest money, by way of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of UCO
Bank payable at Ahmedabad, along with their offer. The offers which will be placed in
sealed covers super scribed “offer for purchase of Bank’s property at MG Road,
Baroda” should be addressed to the Dy.General Manager, UCO Bank, Regional Office,
Ahmedabad at the above address and should reach him by 17.00 hours on 22.05.2006. For
further details, the intending buyers may contact Regional Office, Ahmedabad. The offers,
which are not accompanied with prescribed earnest money is liable to be rejected. Earnest
Money will not carry any interest. The offers will be kept open for three months from the
date of opening. The successful bidder will have to deposit the balance amount within one
month from the date of acceptance of his offer. The earnest money deposit will be
forfeited in case the successful bidder fails to deposit the balance amount within
stipulated time. Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without
