Sale of land at Faridabad
Sealed quotations are invited from prospective buyers for purchase of Bank’s owned
two residential plots bearing holding No. 573 and 574 at Sector 14 Faridabad. The plots
measure five hundred square yards each. Intending buyers will have to deposit a sum of
Rs.85000/- (Rs Eighty Five Thousand only) by way of Pay Order/ Demand Draft drawn in
favour of UCO Bank payable at Chandigarh alongwith the offer by 20.2.2006 at Regional
Office of UCO Bank at Chandigarh at SCO 55-56-57, Bank’s Square, Sector 17 B
Chandigarh(Tel. Nos. 0172- 2703203, 2711090). For any further detail, the intending buyer
may contact UCO Bank’s Regional Office at Chandigarh. The earnest money will not
carry any interest. The offer of the intending buyers will be kept open for three months.
The successful bidder will have to deposit the balance amount within a period of one month
from the date of acceptance of the offer. The earnest money will have to be forfeited in
case the successful bidder fails to deposit the balance amount within the scheduled time.
Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any
reason.
