I have my account in UCO Bank Dahisar Branch. I am trying to send money from UAE exchange but Uco Bank Dahisar Branch Code is not in the list of UAE exchange. Can you please advice how should I sent money to my account?

i have an a/c with uco bank 10160100001707 name puja sharma and joint holder dinanath sharma in jamnagar branch, and have an balance of 67000, i have send to my cousin with identification to withdraw 65000/- at uco bank navrnagpura as i had an eye operation, on 9-3-10, i was informed that sign does not match of dinanath sharma payment was not done, on 10-03-2010 i have again sent an another cheque for payment with both the holders signature and again the payment was not made saying that signature is not matching of both the holder, MY COUSION TOLD THAT YOU SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER I WILL DIAL A NO , they ERONOMUSLY VERY RUDELY TOLD THAT WE WILL NOT SPEAK TO ANY ONE, THEn AGAIN MY COUSION TOLD THAT THE A/C HOLDER KNOWS THE BRANCH MANAGER OF JAMNAGAR BRANCH , YOUR STAFF REPLIED THAT WE DONT CARE ABOUT ALL THIS, MY COUSION SAID THAT I WILL MAKE YOU SPEAK TO THEM TO PASS THE CHQ AS IT IS VERY URGENT, YOUR STAFF AGAIN VERY RUDELY SAID THAT WE WILL NOT SPEAK TO CUSTOMER NEITHER TO BRANCH manager of jamnagar , ASK THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE HOSPITAL AND COME TO BANK, WE WILL NOT DO THE PAYMENT, THE SAME WAS ALSO SPOKEN BY BRANCH HEAD of uco branch of navrangpura ahmedabad, and was asked that you go to some other branch of uco bank you will get the payment, isn't this an pathetic reply by your staff of navrangpura branch of ahmedabad that thay are asking to go an withdrew from any other branch of uco bank but not at navrangpura, customer was facing such an problem and all you staff were gigling to each other instead of helping, waht an rediculous and pathetic services i would quote an line for uoc bank and specially for navragpura ahmedabad branch head and seniors staff

valuable customers, if this is the situtation i will never hassitate to give negative word of mouth publicity in market "
