UCO Bank provides the facility of collection of various types of direct taxes viz Corporate Tax, Income Tax, Hotel Tax, Wealth Tax, Gift Tax, & Expenditure Tax, through its network of select - 308- branches across all over India, which are covered under On-Line Tax Accounting System (OLTAS) w.e.f. 1.6.2004. Mandatory Payment Of Direct Taxes Through E-Payment Mode Only

Central Board of Direct Taxes vide their notification No.34/2008 dated 13.03.2008 had made payment of Taxes mandatory through e-system for following category of tax payers w.e.f. 01.04.2008:

• A Company
• A person (other than a company), to whom provisions of Section 44AB are applicable.

All UCO Bank Branches are authorised to collect Goods & service Tax (GST) on behalf of the Central Government as well as States/UTs Governments.

Collection of State Sales/Professional Taxes (ST/PT)

UCO Bank, provides the facility of collection of State Sales Tax/Professional Tax through E-Banking and its select branches, in the States of Delhi, Maharashtra, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakand, Uttar Pradesh & West Bengal.
