UCO Internet Banking (E-Banking) is an electronic medium through which our registered users can access various services of UCO Bank at anytime, anywhere through Internet Connection. UCO Bank Customers have online, real time access for different services provided under a complete secure environment.

Process of Registration

Retail/Kid customers can avail the facility through online as well as offline mode.

Online Mode: - If the customers is having active debit card then he/she can registered through our website using the Online Registration link as mentioned above.

Offline Mode: - Customers can also avail the same through offline mode by submitting retail E-Banking request form to the nearest UCO Bank branch.

Corporate customer can apply for internet banking services through offline mode by submitting request through corporate E-Banking form to the nearest UCO Bank branch.

Services Available

UCO Bank is offering various services associated with the products offered by Bank under UCO E-Banking to its customers.

Retail Banking : All Individuals above 18 years of age, having accounts under Savings Bank/Current Account/Fixed Deposit Accounts/ Loan Accounts are offered Internet Banking Services under Retail Banking/Personal Banking.

Corporate Banking :All Proprietary / Partnership firms / Private Limited Co.’s/Public Limited Co.’s having Current Accounts/Cash Credit Accounts/Fixed Deposit Accounts/Loan Accounts are offered Internet Banking Services under Corporate Banking.

Kids Banking : All Individuals between 10 and 18 years of age, having accounts under Savings Account/Fixed Deposit Accounts are offered Internet Banking Services under Kids Banking.

What is UCO Internet Banking Service?

UCO NetBanking is the Internet banking service provided by UCO Bank- India’s Public Sector Bank. UCO NetBanking is an electronic medium through which UCO Bank’s registered users can access various Banking Services online at anytime, anywhere through Internet Connection. UCO Bank Customers have online, real time access for different Banking Services completely under secure environment.

Why UCO Internet Banking Service ?

UCO NetBanking Service opens up an entirely new way of doing your banking, anytime and from anywhere 24x7 right from the comfort of your home or office through internet. It is personalised to meet your requirements. Our wide range of online banking services will help you better in managing your finance. Moreover, New features and services are also being added from time to time for customers

Who can use UCO Internet Banking Service?

UCO NetBanking services can be provided to individual customers of our bank including staff having at least one operative account (Saving Bank account, Current account, Cash credit account, Overdraft Account) with the bank under retail or personal banking. Corporate Internet Banking services can be given to non-individual entities like Proprietorship/Partnership firms/Private Limited companies etc. having at least one operative account. Minors between the age group of 10 and 18 can avail the Kids internet banking facility with limited features.

Who cannot use UCO Internet Banking Service?

NetBanking Services is not available to illiterate and insolvent person.

What If I do not have a PC?

No problem. You can access it from any mobile/tablet having Internet connectivity

Is it safe to login from Cyber Café/Office?

Bank does not recommend to use NetBanking from Cyber Café. You have to take care that you do not disclose your passwords to anyone and logout properly and close the browser window after using UCO NetBanking. Bank recommends customers to clear the browser cache and cookies after each session so that customer’s account information is removed from used PCs. Virtual keyboard is advisable to protect your password from malicious “Spyware” and “Trojan programs” etc. Hence it will reduce the risk of password theft.

Do I have to pay for using this service?

No! There is no extra or hidden charge for using the UCO Netbanking services. This service is absolutely free.

How do I get access to Internet Banking Services?

Retail customers can avail the facility from online as well as offline mode. If the customer is having active debit card then he/she can register through our official website www.ucobank.com. Retail customers can also avail the same through offline mode by submitting retail e-banking request form to the nearest UCO Bank branch. Corporate customer can apply for UCO NetBanking Services through offline mode by submitting corporate e-banking request form to the nearest UCO Bank branch.

What if, I do not have an account with UCO Bank?

We shall be glad to have your account with us. Walk in to any one of our branches, our staff will assist you.

Why are the Passwords so cryptic?

The system generates passwords for your first time access randomly. It is mandatory to change your passwords at first time login as per your choice.

Can I change the User Id and Password?

It is mandatory to change the system generated passwords with your own choice at first login. You can change your passwords any number of times subsequently, You can also change your User Id in NetBanking. It is advisable to change your password frequently.

How to change passwords?

Password can be changed any time and any number of times by the user at his/her own choice in customer profile or by using the “forgot password” option at the login page (retail customers only). Corporate customers can reset their password by submitting request at nearby branch of UCO Bank. System asks the user to change the same periodically otherwise it will be expired.

What are the good practices for creating a password?

You are requested to choose a password that is not a dictionary word and not guessable from your personal information known to others such as names in the family, vehicle numbers, date of birth etc. You should change your password frequently. Terms and conditions of the password format can be found in the password application page. Please try to remember the password and do not write it down or paste it somewhere.
Security Warning :
Your User Id and Password are highly confidential. Do not share it with anyone. UCO Bank will never ask for this information. Hence, Do not tell your userid and password to anyone even if they claim to be from the Bank.

I am unable to login with the couriered Password and allotted Customer ID.

What happens if I forget my User Id for Internet Banking Service / Internet Banking?

In case you forget the User Id for NetBanking Services, please contact any nearest UCO Bank Branch.

What happens if I don't logout?

Please ensure to logout when you finish using the UCO NetBanking Service.

How is my UCO Net Banking secured?

LOG in to UCO Net Banking is secured by your chosen login Password, Captcha and with One Time Password (OTP) deliver to your registered mobile number. Similarly any transaction or service application is secured by chosen Transaction Password and One Time Password sent to your registered mobile number.

Can I use the Mailbox to send e-mails to my friends?

No! The mailbox is only for communication between you and UCO NetBanking Service.

What is the default limit for internet banking ?

What are the other type of transactions that can be done through NetBanking ?

Funds Transfer To own Loan Account, own RD Account, own RDUSS Account, own PPF Account, Sukanya Samriddhi Account and also PM Relief Fund (PMNRF) for retail customers.

Is Bulk Transfer of Funds possible?

The Facility is available to corporate users (having maker checker facility). Please contact your base branch to apply for the facility.

Whether limit can be enhanced?

UCO NetBanking transaction limit can be enhanced. Please contact your base branch and fill the required form.

Can cash credit account holder avail UCO NetBanking ?

UCO NetBanking facility is also available for cash credit account holder.

Is fund transfer facility is allowed in cash credit account through UCO NetBanking?

Fund transfer facility is allowed in cash credit account except self–linked account transfer.

Is Counterparty (beneficiary/payee) addition facility available?

Both UCO Bank and Other Bank counterparty beneficiary) can be added by providing the required data in the ADD Counterparty Menu. Activation period after registration of Counterparty is 4 Hours. Corporate users having (having maker checker facility) can apply for Bulk counterparty upload facility through base Branch.

What is ‘Template’ facility in Transaction Menu?

The user can save their transaction format or template using the ‘save as template’ option in the transaction application page. One can directly apply transactions through pre saved templates using the ‘Initiate Template Option’ and manage the templates using ‘Manage template’ option.

Can I apply for Sovereign Gold Bond through UCO NetBanking?

Yes, one can apply for SGB through the links in Investments Menu and General Services Menu. Further details on SGB can be obtained from the Pop Up Window on selecting the terms and conditions in the SGB Application form Link.

What is ASBA?

The full form of ASBA is ‘Application Supported by Blocked Amount’. It is an application that contains an authorization. This authorization is for blocking the 4 application amount in your bank account, for subscribing to a public issue. If you are applying through UCO Net Banking ASBA, your application money gets debited from the selected UCO bank account only if your application is selected for allotment. Of course, after the basis of allotment is finalized. If not allotted the amount will be unblocked

Who can apply through ASBA facility?

SEBI has been specifying the investors who can apply through ASBA. In public issues w.e.f. May 1, 2010 all the investors can apply through ASBA. In rights issues, all shareholders of the company as on record date are permitted to use ASBA for making applications provided he/she:
a. Is holding shares in dematerialized form and has applied for entitlements or additional shares in the issue in dematerialized form;
b. Has not renounced its entitlements in full or in part;

What is the Detailed procedure of applying in IPO through ASBA ?

Under ASBA facility, investors can apply in any public/ rights issues by using their bank account. Investor submits the ASBA form through the ‘ASBA IPO details’ page or Bid Cum Application page in ASBA menu after filling the details like name of the applicant, PAN number, Demat account number, bid quantity, bid price and other relevant details, to their banking branch by giving an instruction to block the amount in their account. In turn, the bank will upload the details of the application in the bidding platform. Investors shall ensure that the details that are filled in the ASBA form are correct otherwise the form is liable to be rejected.

Can we withdraw ASBA bids?

Retail individual investors can withdraw ASBA bids up to the closure of the issue and on withdrawal the lien amount will be unblocked. However, Non-retail investors i.e. Qualified Institutional Buyers and Non- Institutional Investors are not eligible to withdraw their bids at any time.

Can I change the limit of the amount for a specific type of transaction that can be used?

Yes but customization of the limits can only be decreased from the Bank set Limit. The option is available in the General Services Menu.

Can I open Fixed Deposit or Recurring Deposit (FD/RD) Through Net Banking?

Yes all Retail investors can apply Fixed Deposit or Recurring Deposit (FD/RD) under applicable schemes. However only self-Proprietors among the corporate users can apply FD/RD using Net Banking. Further information about the schemes can be obtained from the link provided at the bottom of the FD/RD application page.

Can I break/close FD/RD accounts through Net Banking? What about change of auto renewal option?

Yes, but only FD/RD accounts opened through Net Banking by the user can be closed by the user through Net Banking. Also one can cancel the auto renewal option for Fixed Deposits of through net Banking.

What Cheque related Facilities are available through Net Banking?

Apply Cheque (Only for Retail Investors), Stop Cheque, Positive Pay.

What is Positive Pay

Validation of issued cheque above Rs.500000.00 (mandatory as per RBI directives) or above Rs 50000.00 if the facility is registered in branch by customer.

What are the other General services that are applicable through Net Banking?

PAN Seeding, Application for Atal Pension Yojana etc.
